Am I locked out of Nine Mortal Way?

I kinda made a mistake, the quest where I supposed to join the Heaven Sect that turned out to be imposter by the Nine Mortal

I got the pile of Jewelry from actual Heaven Sect member gave to them and then when they clearly reveal it I feel a little upset. I got two options 'go with the flow' and 'no, I quit'. I choose the latter so they attack me forced me to cut them both down. Now I am kinda regret it lmao. Can I still reapply to that sect?
