Petition CR/NCR after final exam for a SAC course

I know it looks so complicated but I retake a course for the second time with SAC request ( got approved). However my gpa of that course maybe get even lower than the first time and I know that SAC request can not be reversed. I missed the deadline if CR/NCR ( I know I’m too irresponsible and careless for that😭) so I thought there’s no way to fix it ( just realized about petition after finishing my final exam) and I went to the final exam, but it got even worse and I think I may fail the course. Is that any way to ask for petition to get CR/NCR for that course now? I don’t want it to affect my whole CGPA and don’t wanna retake it 1 again because my GPA is all good now and that course is not even required for my degree!!!!! I contacted office of registrar through the website but haven’t heard back from them for 3 days already. What should I do?
