Woke up feeling really not well, and of course panicking now.
Hey all, so it's currently 4:30am, and almost an hour ago I woke up not feeling too well, and it's getting worse.
I actually wasn't feeling too well yesterday, but tried to ignore it. Lately I still haven't been eating right. Not eating meals, only eating crackers and snacks, stuff like that. I've been limiting how much of the snacks I eat though, because I always over eat on them, then feel sick.
Well yesterday I found a bag of nacho cheese Doritos in my basement I forgot about. They've been down there since October I wanna say, but are still within the best by date by a few weeks.
I opened them, ate about 2 handfuls worth of them, then stopped. Right after eating them, I didn't feel good. My stomach felt off, I felt dizzy, and nauseous.
I figured maybe I ate too quickly or something, and tried to just ignore it.
3 hours later it was dinner time, and I still wasn't feeling well. So I decided to make some actual food, because usually if I eat some hot food, it'll help flush out the junk so to speak.
I haven't been eating hot meals for awhile now, maybe 1 a week for the last 3 weeks. It's just each time I do lately, I wind up feeling worse. I know that's really bad, but it's just so hard to eat a proper meal when you already feel sick.
I have these new kind of chicken nuggets I've been wanting to try, so I made a bunch of them. They're basically mock Mcdonalds chicken nuggets. They were pretty small, and not greasy at all, but I will admit, I ate like 15 of them, which was probably too much.
As I was eating them, I felt this really heavy feeling in my stomach that was making me feel nauseous, but I could tell I was hungry, so I finished the chicken nuggets.
I felt a little better, but this heavy, nauseous feeling persisted for the rest of the night. I also gained a headache as well.
I went to bed around 9pm, and woke up at 3:45am.
As soon as I got up, I felt that heavy, nauseous feeling in my stomach again. I laid there for a bit trying to go back to sleep, but had to get up to go to the bathroom.
When I went, it was uncomfortable, and felt like I was mildly constipated. I thought I was done after that, and went back to bed, but as soon as I laid back down, I felt like I had to go again urgently.
So I go again, and it's a little softer now, and now my stomach is starting to ache. Now I'm starting to get a little nervous.
I finish up, come in my room, take a gas-x, then immediately have to go to the bathroom a 3rd time.
This time it's even softer than the last, and I'm also burping up acid, plus the pain is getting a little worse.
So right before I decided to write this, I took half of a tums, and am fighting off a panic attack.
I don't know what's going on here honestly. Dorritos, especially the nacho cheese ones have messed up my stomach in the past, but it's been like 14 hours since I ate them, and didn't eat that many of them.
I'm not worried about the chicken nuggets either, I ate those at like 6pm, and my parents had some too, and they're fine.
I have been under an enormous amount of stress the last few days. My cat unexpectedly passed away Sunday morning, and I have my first psychiatry appointment this Friday for my panic attacks, which is, causing panic attacks...
So maybe it's just stress? I guess it could also be shocking my system with more food than I've been usually eating?
It's just this heavy feeling in my stomach, the dizziness, nausea, acid, having to go to the bathroom urgently a lot, and having some cramps, especially after waking up at 4 in the morning, is making me panic that I'm sick.
What do you guys think?
