[QUESTION] Fender MiM Classic 60s vs Fender American Ultra?

Hi! I could buy a Fender American Ultra for 1000 bucks but I don't see them very often. Are they considered good guitars? I've got a Classic Series which I like (with Fender CS Fat 60s PUs which I probably would put into the Ultra) and a custom made vintage-speced Stratocaster that is awesome as well.

Are the Ultra Strats worth the money?
