"Remote" jobs that ghost you for being in India. How do you actually get past this?

Been hunting for remote roles and realized "remote" is a lie. Welcome to the Jungle? Love it, but 95% say "US/UK only." Remote OK? Same. LinkedIn? Ghosted the second they see India.

Quick questions for anyone who's figured this out:

Which platforms actually work for Indians? (Not Naukri spam)

Are there companies that truly don't care about timezone?

Any industries more open to actual global remote work?

I've got 8 years in GTM/Customer Success/Ops. Not a skill issue, it's a "how do I get past the geography filter" issue. I'm fine with odd hours and don't need sponsorship.
