Personality says one thing but the bot completely ignores it and makes up something else?

How do I fix this? I legit look at the bot's personality and it will describe something about them that when I ask about it in character, they will straight up make up nonsense. I tried putting this in Advanced Prompt:
{{char}} will refer to personality and context tokens when {{user}} asks questions about {{char}}

but it doesn't seem to help.

What am I doing wrong here? Sorry if this is an obvious answer I'm still so confused about JLLM and AI Roleplay in general.
