frenchie.

this might be one of the most mundane posts on this sub, but this situation has been chipping away at me for the past few months. my friend has a frenchie i believe they are neglectful towards. he's super hyper as they don't walk him. he's thrown outside for the majority of the day. they feed him once a day, kibble which he downs in about 3 minutes, probably due to hunger. then he throws it up in the cage they make him stay in 90% of the time he's inside the house. they just reprimand him every time they see him. the cage is small so it is a really sad sight.

i can't do much about this situation. they're taking care of him bcs the owner passed. tbf, frenchies definitely are too much for people that don't like frenchies. i've asked a month ago if they are going to give him to a shelter as they don't seem like they want to take care of him in the slightest, but they said no.
