Experience based gifts

I'm trying to give experience gifts instead of physical stuff, what have people actually loved

I'm getting really burnt out on buying more things for people who already have everything they need, feels wasteful and like im just adding to clutter at this point. Ive been thinking about switching to experience based gifts instead but Im not sure what actually lands well vs what sounds good in theory but ends up unused

Ive seen some places selling virtual workshop type things which seems cool but want to hear real experiences before committing, has anyone given experiences as gifts and had them be genuinely well received? What worked and what didnt??
