Tournaments incoming ?

As the title says are we about to see tournaments drop in BF6 ? After the recent update this morning several skins , weapon skins , player backgrounds and dog tags all have the unlock tag as

" A dog tag earned for tournament play "

" Unlocked as a tournament reward "

" A lot awarded for tournament play "

Ect.

Does this mean there's going to be a competitive scene coming to the game soon ? Or is this exclusive content for the red sec tournaments ?
