9955hx3d balanced mode 1% lows

👋 interested in a L7 pro or Neo 16 with 9955hx3d + 5080 as have been tested in Gizmosliptechs & Jarrods YT videos.

want that x3d processor primary for getting better 1% lows in gaming.

really hate loud fans… do you know, if the 1% lows are also better in Balanced Mode or in this new with a BIOS Update released Silent-Balanced-Performance-Mode, or do they only improve, when the system is running full juice in high Performance Mode with crazy loud fans 🙉 thx Johnny
