Advice on tailoring

As the title states, I’m looking for opinions on shortening sleeves on a 118. Is this something Schott can do? If so, anyone been through that process and can give some pointers? I bought my 118 in the long 28” version as I wanted the extra length in the torso area. But that also means having slightly longer sleeves, as well. I’d like to take about 1/2”-3/4” off of the sleeves. Anyone that has any insight I would appreciate it.
