Less than 1 month initial salary in COA?

Hello. Will start my COA journey in January next year. Ask ko lang if possible kaya na 1 month or less matanggap na agad ung initial salary? Sorry for asking po since we are not doing well financially. May ipon ako for the said “3 months no pay” pero siyempre, baka hindi pa sapat 😅 If possible po, pwede po makahingi ng tips for earlier release of salary? Thank you in advance po 🙏🏻
