Recent order with Aquah***als

I recently placed an order for a couple of their products and paid around 800. Order was placed successfully. But even after 3 weeks, there is no update on the order. Their customer support also not responding.Has anyone faced this issue ? I have earlier placed a couple of orders and received them within 7 days..
