December is always a crazy month for ecom sellers, especially for those shipping to EU/US.
In the past few weeks, I noticed a few common bottlenecks people keep running into:
Slow processing time from agents (5–7 days+)
Unstable EU shipping lines
Stock-outs because suppliers didn’t prepare for Q4
Sudden cost increases
I’m curious — what’s the biggest issue you’re dealing with right now in December?
For context, my team handles daily fulfillment for EU/US brands and dropshippers.
Just sharing what we’ve seen recently, not trying to promote anything.
1–2day processing with pre-stock
Multiple Europe and America dedicated lines → 7–12 days stable delivery time
Bulk sourcing for Q4 to prevent stock-outs
Cost comparison across different lines
If anyone wants, I can also share what fulfillment methods have been most stable for us so far in December.
