Mycobacterium lumps

2 lumps grew on the outside of my staffies ears (6 year old male) approximately 4 weeks ago.

Over the last few days he has developed the following symptoms; lethargy, tiredness, lack of appetite.

The biopsy found Mycobacterium in the lumps - type not yet determined. The lumps are scheduled for removal.

I want him to receive the best care but I’m also a big believer in quality life. Any advice, recommendations or tips would be appreciated.
