My teeth are ruined

I have bulimia for 7 years and my teeth are in bad state. I have ruined my enamel and my teeth are so thin. It made a hole in my front teeth and because of that I speak with a lisp. I hate it. I am so ashamed to talk and constantly think about not showing my teeth when I talk or smile. I am saving money for new teeth but it’s so expensive and with my b/p spending habits, it seems impossible to save. Anyone has the same problem? I also drink a lot of cola zero that might add to making teeth thinner. I am desperate and I can’t stop
