they have a TRIPLE step cancellation process. You have to verify your cancellation TWICE on the portal which is normal, but then they tell you that they'll send a confirmation email about the cancellation.

Instead what they send you is a 'request to confirm cancellation email', which if you don't click 'confirm' then you will unknowingly keep the subscription and they will charge you for one more payment.

this is THE MOST DISHONEST practice I've ever encountered.
