Bizarre Bruise and Lump Progression

50, female, Ireland, 5' 6". 165 pounds. I used to be 313 pounds but i lost weight over a 2 year period with the help of ozempic and calorie control. I've been maintaining a year. Still on ozempic weekly 1mg.

I don't bruise easily. I'm not on blood thinners or take aspirin. I have no thyroid so I take thyroxine daily. Heavy smoker. Graves eye disease. Active walker, good diet.

This lump appeared on 1st December inner right thigh. No pain but I felt it in the shower. Progression photos of the following days. Lump still there but soft , spongey and malleable. Very little pain, just surface sensitivity . Bruise seems to be traveling towards my knee.

Is this normal bruise progression ? I have a vague memory of hitting my leg against the dishwasher door but nothing other than than.
