Favourite or most novel ways to say no

Had some knockoff drinks with the team and got riffing on the importance of saying no and how certain people take it, which led to increasingly obtuse & obsequious ways to say no that started to border on downright insulting. By the end of the evening there were no clear heads and plenty of gaff:

"Well OF COURSE we would love to do that, especially since you've come prepared with such a well reasoned and seasoned business case from that one customer in implementations being difficult because they couldn't divine the difference between your own personal truth and the actual product worklow from the sales demonstration you so eloquently customised for them; which of the current priorities is meaningless to you and should we discard with all haste...?"

How do you find ways to creatively say no that aren't going to immediately offend but do give you a smile?
