Worried about sick people

Hey, I’m due in a couple of weeks and feeling worried about the amount of people who are getting flu/ bugs etc! I’m UK based and it seems to be knocking people nationally! I’m so paranoid about getting sick myself but also family members getting ill and then not being able to meet the baby. My niece is very poorly and we think it’s the flu. My sister is still getting my mum to babysit as she has to work but I don’t want my mum exposed to it so near my due date. It’s a difficult one!! Anyone else feeling panicky about this? :(
