Did I get the wrong Z Flip Phone?

I bought a Galaxy Z Flip 7 phone a month ago, I did the installation, but the interesting part of the job did not ask me which country I was in during the installation phase, but when I watched the Galaxy Phone installation videos, the select country section did not ask which country I was in on my Z Flip 7 phone and I can not find the Samsung Wallet application and I can not use it, what could be the reason? (Note: I live in Turkey)
