What Are the Implications of Removing Built-in Administrators group and BUILTIN\Administrator from act as part of the operating system ?

We are currently using Windows Server 2019 in our domain controller environment.

If I remove the Built-in Administrators group and the BUILTIN\Administrator accounts as part of the operating system GPO, will there be any negative effects?
