Not eligible for Adobe sftp upload

I recently registered on adobe contributors, I have been doing some research on how to be more efficient with the submission process and all, I came across the ftp upload option as a way to streamline content upload. After searching my account I could not find this option.

Wrote to support to ask this and their response was quite vague:

‘Only qualified accounts can use SFTP to upload files. If you do not see the SFTP upload option in the contributor portal, you will need to use the drag and drop method and upload your files directly via the portal.

Details regarding the criteria for qualifying for the SFTP upload option can't be specified’

Anyone can explain how long and what it takes to be ‘qualified’?

Thanks!
