Is Ineffa better than C6 Fishl for klee overload? Team Klee/Durin C0R1/Cheuvreus C6/?

I have C6 Fishl and C0 Ineffa. I feel like Fishl is better is that specific team because of Hexe buff also R1 Durin. But like, I like ineffa more because the shield is more comfy.

My ineffa is on Tenacity and she use Hu Tao or Shenhe weapon depending on the situation.
