On 26/11/2025 at 10:23 AM, I received a phone call from "0000000000". The call lasted approximately 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

During the call, the caller identified himself as being “from the ISI agency” and stated that he was contacting me regarding an inquiry related to my bank accounts. He asked about a payment recently received in my account. I confirmed that a payment had indeed been received. In response, he claimed that “there is an inquiry involving you and your bank.”

Approximately three minutes after the first call, I received another call at 10:26 AM from the number "1111111111". The caller introduced himself as being “from Bank Alfalah, Karachi” and stated that there was an inquiry against me from the Pakistan Army, advising that I must cooperate with them.

Immediately afterward, at 10:26 AM, I received another call from the original number "00000000000", which I did not answer. At 10:27 AM, the same number called again. During this call, the individual asked, “Did you receive any call from the bank?” I confirmed that I had. He then instructed me not to share any information about this inquiry with the bank or with anyone else.

At 10:29 AM, I received a WhatsApp call from the same number (0000000000). During the WhatsApp conversation, he sent a picture of an identification card claiming he was from ISI, with the name “XXXXX” printed on it, including a photograph of a person wearing a Pakistan Army uniform. This image was deleted from the chat at 10:35 AM.

During this call, the caller proceeded to recite several pieces of my personal and confidential information, including:
My CNIC number

My mother’s name

My SIM registration details

Information about the location of my children

He then instructed me to share my mobile screen. During the live screen-sharing call, he demanded that I transfer the funds available in my Bank Alfalah account. He forced me to open the Bank Alfalah mobile application and repeatedly pressured me to send the amount present in the account.

At 10:49 AM, after issuing multiple threats, the caller instructed me to write down an account number: “00000000000”, which he stated belonged to “XXXXXXXXXX” at Meezan Bank. Under pressure and fear due to the threats made, I transferred PKR 250,000 to the mentioned account.

Following this transfer, he demanded that I send all remaining funds from my bank account. I informed him that my daily transfer limit was PKR 250,000. He then insisted that I show him the limit and attempted to pressure me into increasing it, but was unsuccessful.

When I refused to comply further, he again threatened me by saying “we will pick you up.” At this point, out of fear and concern for my safety, I hung up the call.

Between the time of the last call and 11:53 AM, I continued receiving calls from multiple unknown numbers, which increased my fear and distress.

At 11:54 AM, I received a threatening call on my second number ("2222222222" – Jazz) from "00000000". The caller said,

“You’re not cooperating. We will pick your children up. I am an Army Major.”

Due to the escalating threats and fearing for my family’s safety, I immediately went to Bank Alfalah, Further address....... Once there, the caller continued to stay on the line and instructed me to be alone and remain on call with him.

At the bank, I attempted to increase my Bank Alfalah transfer limit, as instructed by the caller. The bank required my fingerprints, and after verification, my transfer limit was increased to unlimited per day. Throughout this time, the caller kept me engaged through a live screen-sharing call, continuously pressuring me to proceed with further transfers.

The caller demanded that I send him the money, but the transaction resulted in an error. Then, the name and number of my factory colleague, "XXXXXXXXXX", appeared on my Bank Alfalah app screen. The person on the call asked me to send PKR 500 as a test to check if the transfer was working. This test transaction was successful.

Thereafter, the caller demanded that I send the following amounts:

At 12:06 PM on 26 November 2025: PKR 100,000 to "XXXXXXXX" via JazzCash/Mobilink, account number 0000000000.

At 12:16 PM on 26 November 2025: PKR 100,000 to "XXXXXXXXX" via JazzCash, account number 000000000.

At 12:22 PM on 26 November 2025: PKR 49,500 to "XXXXXXX" via JazzCash, account number 0000000000.

Thereafter, the caller instructed me to open my EasyPaisa account linked to mobile number 2222222222 and kept the screen live/shared with him.

When my previous bank’s ATM card did not work, he asked me to go to another bank’s ATM. I went to the Bank Alfalah Islamic Banking Branch, Address: Further address

While I was at the ATM, he further demanded that I send the following amounts via JazzCash:

At 12:43 PM on 26 November 2025: PKR 99,500 to "XXXXXXXX", account number 000000000.

At 12:46 PM on 26 November 2025: PKR 99,500 to "XXXXXXX", account number 00000000.

At 12:50 PM on 26 November 2025: PKR 50,000 to "XXXXXXX", account number 00000000.

At 12:51 PM on 26 November 2025, he further instructed me to withdraw PKR 100,000 in cash from the same Bank Alfalah Islamic ATM (Further address).

Thereafter, the scammer contacted me on WhatsApp and provided JazzCash number 2222222222 "XXXXXX", demanding that I transfer money to it.

I then transferred money through the following JazzCash merchant:

Merchant: XXXXXXXXXX

Merchant Number: 0000000000

Location: Addresss

At 1:35 PM on 26 November 2025: Sent money to "XXXXXX", JazzCash account 0000000000.

At 1:36 PM on 26 November 2025: Again sent money to the same "XXXXX", JazzCash account 0000000000.

After receiving the money, the fraudster continued to blackmail me and demanded that I arrange the remaining amount through a cheque, which I refused to do.

At around 3:05 PM, he was still online and pressuring me. Meanwhile, at 2:55 PM, I lodged a formal complaint with Bank Alfalah through their helpline/call center. The Bank Alfalah service request/complaint number is XXXXXXXXXXX.
