Team balancing?

Does anyone feel like the balancing on at least 4/5 of the matches you play are kind of terrible? I'm not sure if its that I exclusively play breakthrough or that my cross-platform is on but it just seems like most of the time my entire team is full of idiots, bots, and COD players who don't get the point of the mode. I've been getting pretty frustrated with this and I was just wondering if anybody else felt the same way. Battlefield matches always seemed pretty balanced back in the day and because of that a breakthrough round could go for 30-45 min but nowadays they barely make it to 15ish min or if you get a really bum team then you get blasted in 5 min flat. I'm only one engineer, I can't take out tanks, supress the enemy, repair our tanks, lay mines, and stay alive on top of all of it 😂. If anyone agrees or has any tips to improve the situation let me know
