TS4 latest release

Hi, just wanted to download and install the latest TS4 release (the one with Adventure Awaits EP). Downloaded the .rar file, opened it and looked for the update setup.exe (which is the only one I need since I already have the entire game installed, including all other DLCs), but it’s getting flagged as malware. No info provided, just that is is a malicious file that could affect my personal info. It’s my first time updating my game like this through fitgirl, hence my question being whether that might be a false positive.

I do use the legit site, and I have experience downloading and updating the game manually, just not through fitgirl.
