No Outbox for scheduled emails? What gives MS!?!?

In Outlook scheduled emails are tag as drafts. I think this happens on mobile app, desktop app and web app. Why doesn’t outlook have an outbox for scheduled emails?!? It should! Otherwise I’m stuck thinking that emails I’ve scheduled are in fact NOT schedule but drafts. I surprised that there is not more talk on this sub about the need for this simple folder, that was ubiquitous when email was new.
