Nerve pain from piercing gun help?

Hey ya'll, I've had my ear lobes pierced 3 times last time being in around 2016 or 17. I've been experiencing nerve pain every once in awhile in my ears and I believe its caused by the trauma I received by the gun. I'm not sure when it started but its been at least 7 years. Over the years I have also forced jewelry in (ik thats no good looking back) last time was prob 5 years ago. I was wondering if I were to get them repierced with a needle, cutting out the damaged tissue, if that would help. I've wanted to get them pierced again and even stretch them, however due to the pain idk if that would be a good option. I wonder if piercing it and getting rid of the scar tissue would be okay. If anyone else has had experience with this I would greatly appreciate it!
