Account recovery

Hi my account was hacked today and i cant get in my account since my moonton email and pw was changed. I contacted cs in game but they said they cant help me because of insufficient details. I cant remember the date of creation since my original email was hacked and moonto helped me recover my account and had to nake a new gmail. The new google play account dont have the old achievements but have receipts going back months and maybe even years. I dont remember the device i used to create my account too. Is there anyway i can get my account back? Ive spent way too much money on this game and the hacker was playing on my account. Please help
