Post cranial (MVD) migraines

I had microvascular decompression 2 years ago and now experiencing migraines any time a touch the area near insecion or near the greater occiptal nerve plus nausea but if I touch the area I get 10 out 10 migraine that can last days

It's not ON pain though because my lyrica for my trigmemial neuropathy doesn't help my migraine

Only thing that helps is 6 tylenols and coca cola I tried all other migraine resuce meds and have horrible side effects from them and occiptal nerve block made me worse

Would Botox work? or getting the hardware out screws and plates?
