Reconstituted Horizon Point (Aftermath)???

Please dont spoil any story related scenarios etc as ive not gone there yet. Is it so that when you go there and you save there and you have no previous save files then you will be stuck in a loop? When you go there and do the final object and have looted the place you can never leave with those things??? What does it do? Take you to home screen and you can pick a save file before going there? That makes no sense for the two future DLCs unless they plan on changing it so that you do return to the planets after you do it. Or they make the DLCs as something standalone or perhaps right before you go there -_-

There is a PROTOTYPE N-RADIATED SCHYTE that is the only weapon i am missing in gold rarity. To get it i must take my Lockpick, Speech and Hack to 18. That way i can make Observation 3 and Science or Melee 3 so i can get it. I see 0 things that requires above 18 at th reconstituted horizon point. And i dont think it exists or is needed for anything but i might miss out something if i dont get speech to 20. Ive gone trough all weapons, armors, helmets, and i see 0 gold or anything rare at that station either so i guess im good?
