I ordered a R36XX from a reputable and popular creator on TikTok on the 24th November. This creator was selling on behalf of a TikTok shop who supplied the R36XX consoles. My item was scanned at PSC Atherstone twice within a half an hour or so of it arriving there, which was on the 28th November. The tracking hasn't/hadn't updated since then, and I haven't received it still. I called PSC Atherstone the other day, and I may as well have spoken to a brick wall. I had/have also been in contact with the creator whose live I purchased it from, and he said he'd send out a replacement yesterday, which he confirmed to me yesterday evening that he did not. I decided to contact TikTok customer service to see if I could contact the TikTok shop I had purchased from directly to cut out the middle man, and after 5 or 6 attempts of getting through to a live agent and not a damn bot, I finally got through. However, as you can see, the agent completely disregarded my request of help in contacting the TikTok shop, and instead refunded me, even though I specifically stated that I didn't want a refund.
I will also say that I had to keep chasing the creator as he didn't make any attempts of contacting me (even though he said he would multiple times) unless I contacted him after I had initially contacted him about the issue I was having.
I'm going to repurchase it when the creator is live next but if I encounter the same issue, it's safe to say that 1) I will name and shame, and 2) I won't be using TikTok Shopping again.
