i need some help with insecure mode :(

i keep getting insecure mode prompt when trying to join community servers and official vac servers, ive tried everything to fix it too. reinstalling, restarting computer, validating files, typing -secure for launch options, reinstalling steam (which did work but only for like 3 games), typing a command into the run box, typing a command into command prompt, deleting custom files, deleting appcache, everything :(
