Tv won’t power off or show hdmi

Tv was working fine. Then hdmi screen is black and can’t power it off. Factory reset doesn’t work just spins in circles. Have tried the remote and the app to power it but neither work. Picture is fine and can navigate through Home Screen. Software issue??
