Is Cuore really that bad?

After searching up in this sub for Cuore, many people recommended saving for alto/cultus but I don't get the reason for it

For someone wanting a budget car + auto transmission, isn't it really the best budget car and a better option than mehran? its 8-9 lac depending on condition, also its resale value can't go any less. zyada se zyada 50k-1lac kam hojayega. Speaking mechanically, I want your opinions because I don't want the maintenance to exceed 10lac total including purchase. Kindly share your thoughts/take on whats the best option in strictly 8 budget.
