Rota changes

Hi, looking for some advice about rota changes I’m having. I work in a surgical specialty and our rota is sent updated on a rota app for 3 month blocks about 6 weeks prior. The issue I’m having is the rota keeps changing including which days I’m off. I’m generally very flexible but I have 2 children who I organise childcare with my wife and last minute changes complicate nursery pick up/drop off significantly. I don’t get any notification of when these changes are made. I’ve flagged it to the registrar who does the rota and is responsible for these changes but her response was basically I should be checking every week for any changes. Which for me doesn’t seems feasible as it’s significant work to check a 3 month rota every week so see if there are any changes made and anything last minute doesn’t leave me with any time to alter childcare plans. Does anyone have any advice on this?
