International law

Sooo if I want to sue somebody that was causing me undo stress on my behavior and unrest ...who do I go to ...in what court would I go ...no ..the fact that you conspire to overthrow my country by stating that you are international, which includes us ...you are in contempt of our court system , there is no such law according to our constitution ...therefore I want to sue the people who are saying the term international law ...including but not limited to ...the media , as well as I see fit ...you broke our law ...so I will sue you here ...😖😡😤
