Almost two-year-old Legion Pro 7i (Gen 9). Does it need a clean out and new thermal paste/liquid metal?
Planning to take it into the local repair shop tomorrow but wanted to get a second opinion since it's my first time doing so. I've personally never been comfortable with opening my laptops up myself, so my previous method of de-dusting was to pin the fans in place with a toothpick and give them short blasts of compressed air through the vents, which is unfortunately not really feasible with the Pro 7i's fan design.
