What is best for plans to work overseas?

I finished college at 19 a couple months ago in I&C/I&E and have a job where I’m seeing RSLogix500/5000 programming, the IT side of the process, and getting mechanical knowledge as well as basic electrical knowledge. My goal is to start traveling overseas for work in the next 5ish years(no certain time), is there any certain areas I should focus in/what certs to get to get to help me reach my goal?
