Travelling to Karabi from 31st Dec to 4th Jan. Need some recommendations.

I'm looking for some recommendations as to what all I can do. I plan on doing the Hong Island tour, go to Phi Phi, etc.

I want to do the bioluminescence tour too. But I'm not sure if that is the right time.

Also what are some of the cafes I can go to.

Is renting scooty easy for Indians?

In terms of the cost, what are places where I book these tours etc. The places that don't overcharge.
