Curious about repairs on ns200

Hey so I've got a ns200 with about 40k on the odo, ive given to some relatives few years and I took it back and im curious about how much it would cost to repair it in hyd. The cooling is absolutely abysmal (can go 20-30km max and it starts overheating, even with coolant topped up). The bike also seems to want to move to the left so issue with the handles/forks not sure and then the front brake it completely locks the tyre whenever I use it.

Oh and are there any reputable scs where i can get it repaired for a reasonable cost?
