Is there a way to retrieve lost screenshots?

I havent added any screenshot in years on steam but recently I added some to steamcloud. Then since I added it to steamcloud I decide to delete to save some disc space. ( I was cleaning pc recently ). Unfortunately to my surprise I deleted it not only from disc but steamcloud as well, I thought to do so I have to click on my profile screenshots to remove it from steamcloud, and when I delete it on screenshots managment I will only remove it from disc. It there a way to retrieve those screenshots? I remember there was smth like recovering files from certain date on windows by making windows go to some backup version of my pc from day or days ago? I had some wholesome chat moments from deep rock and im bit sad to lose it.
