Xbox One S Model 1681 No Power No Shorts

Title. I have used this guide to check for shorts on the rails. but all voltages are normal, a while back when you pressed the power button it would beep and the power button would light up but now it's completely dead, I even tried shorting the pins on the power button daughterboard connector directly to see if it's an issue with the daughterboard itself but to no avail.

if you notice in the motherboard back photo there is these corrosion signs everywhere, but i've used this console exclusively and I know for a fact no water or liquid ever got into it, I suspect it's corrosion from the metal housing that the motherboard sits in but I don't know for sure.

Any help in diagnosing this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
