Realistic apartment hunting

I may be a little delusional so please keep it real! I’m looking ideally for an apartment that has parking, i don’t mind paying for the parking if it’s extra. Ideally it would 2k or under for the rent. Is this realistic or am I living in my head lmao! Doesn’t have to be studio and it could be with roommates, I just want to know how realistic I should be?
