Question about the level of Semiconductors MA in Taipei
Hey guys, I'm considering enrolling in masters course in Semiconductors in Taipei. Currently, I'm an undegraduate in computer engineering in Poland and I saw that the MOFA scholarship is pretty easily available to polish students.
During my college I've had some experience with circuit design theory and some VHDL programming courses, however I'm a bit worried that this course may be too time consuming and hard for me. I would like to be able to work part time during my masters to save up some money and have a fair share of time for social life.
Even though I graduated from one of the top technical schools in my country, I didn't exactly have to study a lot and I focused on getting internships and some side knowledge instead, that's why I'm kinda scared of getting hit with a truckload of learning right after moving to a country on the opposite side of the world.
Does anyone know how hard and time consuming the international masters courses in semiconductors may be? I know that the ones targeted at local people are pretty intense, however, I couldn't find any reliable info on the international ones (in Europe they are usually way easier than the domestic courses). Is it possible to work part time while doing those courses?
