Central sensitization

Anybody else here experiencing central sensitization? I know thats what happening for me, it dosent seem like i can do anything about it

Experienceing pain for too long can of course create new pain pathways. The past months ive been in pain 24/7 no matter what i do and im getting small aches new places around the body
