Issues with shipping location

I live in Australia. Im trying to create one of my first listings in Australia. Everything in my account, and in the listing is set to Australia, but when I try to select a post service im only getting US services, and for package specifications I can onyl enter pounds and inches. Im absolutely stumpted - Ive just spent hours making this listing and I dont know whats wrong and really dont wanna start over. Any ideas?
