first MUN conference

Hello! I'm going to my first MUN conference in a couple months and I'm really nervous. My only MUN experience till now was helping out on my schools MUN, and honestly that looked really scary so I'm all nerved up now so I just wanted to ask if you guys have any tips for first timers and overall any tips On how tebe well prepared because I'm genuinely terr ified that I mout know any thing od YOUTUBE isn't helping much😭
