Question

Hello, I made a baneful Magick spell some months ago, towards some people that I wanted to see the wrongs they have done towards me. But I forgot to put a protection spell on myself first. Since then my mental health has been bad and I have been mentally out of myself. So my question is: is there something I can do now? Or have I done enough, now that I have performed a protection spell on myself, after the fact?
